The Story:
Brian and Cathy wanted to bring their family lifestyle to the beach making their holiday home a great spot to make memories and share time with their family. They had a vision with a modern approach on a safe and well-functioning holiday home for their grandchildren and for themselves to enjoy.
We renovated the bathrooms to allow more practical use while holding on to their modern, chic ideas and styling by installing new large tiles, providing waterproofing, installing a new bath and shower, a wall hung vanity, new toilet, heated towel rail and amending the skylight to give it an uplift.
To create an even flow through the house we renovated the entrance way and installed new LED Downlights to every room as well as fitting out the inside with new skirtings, architraves and doors.
To bring the exterior back to life, we rendered over the old bricks as well as tidying up the landscape making the house look fresh and new.
