Our contract is professionally provided by the Master Builders Association of NSW. The advantage of using a Master Builders Contract is that the contract is regularly updated and includes all relevant Commonwealth and state or territory building laws applicable for your specific project. Builders who are part of the MBA must have a strong level of knowledge and skill within their trade and work according to a strict Code of Conduct.

Shane is a qualified builder who holds a Builders Licence Certificate IV in Building and Construction.
His team includes Shannon, a qualified carpenter for over 20 years, and Matt, a knowledgeable 2nd-year apprentice.

We take the time to ensure the Scope of Works is solid and well mapped out, clarity is key throughout this process as changing your mind during a fixed price project can become expensive for the client.
We offer the alternative of using a cost-plus contract if the Scope of Works may change throughout the build to help meet changing budgets.
We encourage our customers to have a clear understanding of what they require and to utilise our designers. This way they are comfortable with their renovation before the build commences and have a clear understanding of the outcome and what to expect.

It depends on the renovation. If you are remodelling your home to a large extent, there may be many disruptions that would inconvenience you throughout the process. All plumbing and electrical works will require water and electricity to be turned off for a period of time, which may be challenging to your daily routine. Noise, dust and odours such as paint fumes could also be uncomfortable to tolerate at times, although we do put in place healthy work practices to provide a comfortable workspace for our staff as well as for you, our clients.
It is recommended to talk to Shane prior to the work commencing to help you to understand the level of disruption the renovation may generate.
