The Story:
Charlotte runs her own physiotherapy practise for children out of her beautiful home in Freshwater. It was already a converted clinic from an old boat building garage when we arrived but was ageing, rotting and falling apart. We stripped the building back to its bare bones and repaired all the structural damage, replaced windows and doors then re-insulated the walls, followed by wrapping the timber frame in Sarking (moisture barrier) and then re-cladding the shell in weatherboards to match the existing adjacent house.
Now with a new colour bond roof and guttering this practical family workspace is looking sharp and professional and open for business!
