Steve and Ailsa bought their first apartment in Dee Why and were excited to get to work turning the apartment in to a profitable investment. 

Together with Steve and Ailsa's ideas and styling we opened this cramped space by removing a large portion of a structural wall and installing a steal beam to ensure the structural integrity was maintained, removing carpet and installing a floating floor, introducing a breakfast bar and managing the new kitchen and joinery which created this open plan living space. 

Steve and Ailsa ended up selling their investment property 12 months after their purchase due to demand and made a healthy profit.
